Humber LEP Newsletter - October 2016
It has been a busy few months for the Humber LEP. So far October has seen the launch of our ‘100 pledges in 100 days’ campaign as well as the Enterprise Support Summit, the first of a number of events planned to bring together local businesses and business support providers.
Our investments through the Humber European Structural and Investment Funds (ESIF) are continuing with the launch of a number of funding opportunities for both our communities and businesses.
We have been contributing to the Area Based Reviews of Post 16 Colleges, working closely with our overlapping LEPs as well as engaging with local SMEs to further understand how Brexit could impact on businesses in the Humber.
With the Autumn Statement on the horizon, we look forward to hearing the outcome of our bid for a further Growth Deal as well as further clarity on the future of our ESIF programme. This busy period is set to continue!
