If you are a business in Hull and/or East Yorkshire who are thinking of making a capital investment that expands your products or services, diversifies your business with a new entry to a new market, or a whole host of ways you could be growing your business we would love to hear your plans, and hopefully support your project with a match-funded grant.
The Growing Places Fund can offer grants from a minimum of £5,000 up to a maximum of £250,000 and loans from £75,000 up to £250,000. All grants are match-funded and the intervention rate is based on your company FTE headcount.
We will be joined by Business Advisors from the East Riding of Yorkshire, a representative from Invest UK, as well as two amazing businesses –
Init Creative, an award-winning video and design studio based in Hull, will be joining us to showcase their digital technology equipment, and Leon McQuade from Think Cloud will be giving a presentation on how AI can help your business. Continuing the theme of innovation Andrew Richardson from the Creative Growth Programme will be coming along to talk about this new and free to access innovative training scheme available to all creative industries trading in Hull & East Yorkshire
The event starts at 1pm and runs until 4.30pm and you are welcome to attend for the presentations and networking or just the networking which will start about 2.30pm. It doesn’t matter what stage your business may be at please do come along and talk to those attending to see what support can be provided.
